DELIVERY: As all our products are handmade to order, our delivery times are normally 2 weeks, however this can vary depending on your requirements. Please send us a message letting us know what you would like and when you need it by and we will get back to you as soon as possible! We will always do our best if you need something in a hurry!

SHIPPING: We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the parcel size. You will receive an email once your parcel is dispatched. All our delivery times are approximate. Our delivery charge is just £3.49 per order.

ERRORS & DAMAGES: In the unlikely event of any errors or damages, please contact us via email as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to resolve it quickly (please include as much detail as possible, providing photos if necessary). Please ensure all spellings are correct when you order.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations (unless the item arrives damaged or defective). We cannot allow amendments once the order is in production so please contact us as soon as possible and we can let you know your options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Product images may be slightly different due to colour and shade variation, depending on the monitor or screen. They will represent the product as accurately as possible.
